The terms of service governs your use of CMS Buzz. Please scroll down and read the entire document. If you do not agree with the terms set forth by our service, then you won't be able to proceed with the CMS Buzz registration process and you will become neither a CMS Buzz cms owner, nor a CMS Buzz member.
- Changes to the Terms of Service:
CMS Buzz reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement at any time. The changes will appear in this document, which you can access at any time by clicking on the 'T.O.S.' link on the CMS Buzz homepage. Your use of CMS Buzz after changes are made to this agreement means that you agree to be bound by such changes.
- Privacy:
Registration data and other information about you is subject to our Privacy Policy. If you are located outside of India, note that information that you provide to us is being sent to India. By subscribing to CMS Buzz, you consent to your data being sent to India. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information.
- Services:
- Access to utilize the CMS Buzz cms.
- Access to utilize the ad-free service for the CMS Buzz cms.
- Fees and Payments:
CMS Buzz is a free service and does not impose any fees upon its users. However, payments can be made to CMS Buzz for its ad-free service on a specific cms. Ad-free prices are subject to change at any time and current ad-free prices will be posted on every CMS Buzz cms.
- Renewal:
CMS Buzz does not require normal members to renew their accounts in any way. Cms with the ad-free service are not subject to auto-renewal. Additional ad-free payments must be made once the ad-free service is depleted. Ad-free service payments can be made through the PayPal service or by Indian Bank deposits.
- Limitations on Use:
- You agree to refrain from using 'ad-blockers' such as 'pop-up blockers' and the use of 'scripts' or html in order to disable or hide any and all advertisements found on any and all CMS Buzz cms. If you are using a browser with a built in 'pop-up blocker' you agree to disable the 'ad-blocking' feature on your browser. CMS Buzz reserves the right to terminate any and all accounts that fail to comply with this term.
- You agree to refrain from posting content containing adult content, pornography, racism, hate, spam, and content promoting illegal activities, such as fraud, illegal drugs, prostitution, child pornography, mlm, pyramid schemes, and any other illegal activities.
- You agree not to use CMS Buzz for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to CMS Buzz if, in our opinion, your use of CMS Buzz may violate any laws, infringe upon another person's rights or violate the terms of this agreement. Also, we may refuse to grant you a username that impersonates someone else, is protected by trademark or other proprietary right law, or is vulgar or otherwise offensive.
- Indemnification:
- If you are creating a CMS Buzz cms or if you are the 'Main Admin' of a CMS Buzz cms, you agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend at your own expense CMS Buzz from any and all claims, actions, proceedings, expenses, damages and liabilities (including reasonable attorney's fees), arising out of or in connection with the content of your CMS Buzz cms.

- Disclaimers of warranties and limitations on liability:

CMS Buzz gives no warranty, expressed or implied, for the services provided, including, without limitation, warranty of merchantability and warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. this no warranty expressly includes any reimbursement for losses of income due to disruption of service by CMS Buzz or its providers beyond the fees paid by client to provider for services. we make every effort to backup our data, but we are not responsible for any loss of data.
CMS Buzz and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and licensors will not be liable (jointly or severally) to you or any other person as a result of your access or use of CMS Buzz for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, punitive, or exemplary damages, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost savings and lost revenues (collectively, the "excluded damages"), whether or not characterized in negligence, tort, contract, or other theory of liability. if any applicable authority holds any portion of this section to be unenforceable, then the CMS Buzz partys. liability will be limited to the fullest possible extent permitted by applicable law.
